The second brake, for the office.

Every driving-school car has a brake on the passenger side. Dualbrake does that job for the office: it checks the NJ rules in the background, so your people stay in charge.

Why we build it

One record for every lesson.

A driving school keeps a lot in its head: who drives today, which car, how many hours each student has left, which agreement is signed, which payment is in.

Dualbrake puts it in one student record. The office, the instructor in the car and the family each see the screen made for their job, and every booking, lesson, signature and payment lands in the same place.

The rules travel with the work. A 4th hour cannot be booked. A practice log adds itself up. A refund inside the 72-hour window is flagged. Your school stays the licensed party; Dualbrake helps it follow the rules.

How we work

Four things we hold to.

  • Made for New Jersey

NJ MVC rules are built in, checked where the work happens.

  • Rules, stated once

“4th hour blocked (NJ 3-hour daily cap).” The rule is named, then the next step.

  • Teen data, handled with care

Most students are 16 and 17. Their private details stay masked, and every view is on record.

  • Built with schools

Owners, front desks and instructors tell us what slows them down. That is what we build next.

What we build

Four screens, one school.

  • Office

Schedule, students, payments and records for the owner and the front desk.

  • Instructor app

Today's lessons, start and end, skills and notes, in the car.

  • Family app

Enrollment, the agreement, the 50-hour log and receipts, in English or Spanish.

  • School website

A site for each school, edited in the office, with its packages and towns.
